Service Description

You'll learn about how to setup your environment, equipment, routines and socialisation to set both you and your puppy up for success before puppy has even arrived! If you also sign up to our Puppy Program, choose the Pre-Puppy Prep (instead of this one) as the combo will provide online support throughout that first week.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule and avoid fees, please contact us 48 hours in advance as late changes often mean your booking slot can't be filled. Within 24 hours or no shows, incur full charge. Between 24 and 48 hours incur 50% charge or an admin fee, at our discretion. No refunds for programs or packages after your first session.
