If you sign up to get started on our Puppy Program soon after puppy arrives, online support is available to you throughout that first week.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows incur full charge. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours incur 50% charge.
No refunds for programs or packages after first session is used.
