For Personalised Walks, we meet at your place to get to know each other and understand your dog’s needs before starting regular walks.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule and avoid fees, please contact us 48 hours in advance as late changes often mean your booking slot can't be filled. Within 24 hours or no shows, incur full charge. Between 24 and 48 hours incur 50% charge or an admin fee, at our discretion. No refunds for programs or packages after your first session.
